Scene 1: Reet’s First Cooking Ritual

She sarcastically remarks that it’s nice to see him care about her diya, especially since he didn’t care about her first cooking ritual. Raghav dismisses her comment, claiming it’s not just her diya but his responsibility to care for the home and family. He adds that no one cares about her cooking ritual and storms off angrily. Hurt by his words, Reet is later informed by Sharda that the entire family will indeed celebrate her first cooking ritual. Sharda gathers the family and reprimands them for not supporting Reet earlier. Reet proudly reveals that she made sweets for everyone, offering them to the family. However, Sharda mentions that since the sweets are made for Raghav, no one can eat them unless he does. Prateek jokes that it means the sweets will have to be thrown away. Reet refuses, explaining that the sweets are his favorite. Sharda, puzzled, asks who told her that, to which Reet admits she asked someone close to Raghav. Sharda, impressed but cautious, wishes Reet success. Reet ends the scene by praying and performing an aarti in the mandir.

Scene 2: Unnati’s Halwa and Family Tensions

In this scene, Reet’s mother helps Unnati make halwa, guiding her on how to add nuts for her ritual. Dhruv, noticing Unnati’s struggles with cutting the nuts, offers to help, with the rest of the family observing. The warmth and cooperation between the family members are evident as they all lend a hand, making the moment feel like a small but meaningful family ritual.

Scene 3: The Spice Challenge

Back in the kitchen, Reet takes a bold step and fires all of the workers, deciding to add a lot of spice to Raghav’s food. She wants him to eat the sweets she made, knowing he will have to if he’s forced to consume the spicy meal. Meanwhile, Sharda warns Divya that Reet will find a way to make Raghav eat her laddos, so she orders Divya to hide them. Divya, unsure but obedient, takes the box of laddos and hides it. Sharda is determined to stop Reet from winning and ensures Raghav is served his food. He finds it incredibly spicy but doesn’t complain, choosing to silently endure the discomfort so as not to upset Sharda. Reet notices his discomfort and feels a pang of sympathy. Sharda insists that Raghav finish his meal, and he does so quietly. Reet watches him in remorse, realizing the consequences of her actions.

Scene 4: The Missing Laddos

After the meal, Reet goes to the mandir and discovers that her laddos are missing. In disbelief, she heads to the kitchen and is surprised to find Raghav eating all of them. He is trying to soothe his mouth from the spice by consuming the sweets. As he eats, he recalls the fond memories of stealing his mother’s laddos as a child, a nostalgic moment that softens the intensity of the situation. Reet, though initially frustrated, smiles when she sees him enjoying the laddos, feeling a sense of satisfaction and a small victory in their complex relationship.
